Friends, please help me spread the word. If you or anyone you know knows a high schooler who lives in San Francisco, and that high schooler has written or is thinking of writing a play, then encourage them to apply to this festival:
Deadline for submissions: DEC. 23, 2005 (postmark deadline)
SUBMIT YOUR PLAY to be a part of the 1st Annual San Francisco Young Playwrights Festival and see your work produced before all of San Francisco!
The Festival is open to all high school students living in San Francisco. Original scripts only. No translations or adaptations.Students may submit as many plays as they wish. Collaborations are accepted, provided that ALL co-writers meet eligibility requirements.
Winners will receive an award of $300 and see their plays performed by professional actors at City College of San Francisco's Diego Rivera Theatre.
