Ok, here I go again.  I am REALLY trying to get to writing more regularly on my book and my blog.  This morning I spent over 1 1/2 hrs working on my book.  I haven't done that in a while.

I am going to attempt to blog at least once a week on Wednesdays.  We will see how I go.

The big news is that I am going to open a bookstore and deli.  If I can get the financing I am hoping for, then I will open it next July.  If not, then it will take me a few years.  But, God willing, I will do it. 

I found the perfect location in this little valley I live in.  It is 4000 sq ft on the bottom floor, with office space of 300 ft in the top floor.

I have been busy writing my business plan. I know it will take a lot of hard work.  I have already spent more than 50 hrs of working on it the last two weeks.  Maybe not much to some people, but a lot to me.

This store, with the studying and statistics I have researched, will be a big enterprise.  Six-figure sales.  It is a perfect time in the development of the valley to open a bookstore.  The valley is growing quickly.  Many people are moving here.  New businesses are popping up.  Yes, this is a perfect time. 

There is practically no competition.  There is another bookstore about 20 miles away.  It is about 800 sq ft.  Walmart is here with a few new books.  There are some hodgepodge stores that sell a few used books.  Nothing like what I will have.

It will be a big undertaking.  I am ready for it.  Wish me success.
