this individual, under general direction, manages the program contracting office, the procurement and government
relations departments, and the property department.
this individual is responsible for ensuring that company performance is in compliance with all stated contractual requirements, interpreting contractual language, and coordinating all official
correspondence to the usg.
this is a program level position through which general contractual administrative guidance is
disseminated. all candidates must mbt shoes clearance have u.s. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
essential duties and responsibilities
1.develops overall policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility. serves as the primary contact with the usg
contracting office, and as the liaison to the joint venture partners on contractual issues. represents the company in prime
and subcontractor negotiations, including modifications. reviews incoming and approves outgoing correspondence
pertaining to contracts or company obligations.
2.ensures that all required notifications are made to the usg, including when program operational expenditures meet
certain levels. ensures that other managers are cognizant of contract terms and conditions.
3.assists in formulation and implementation of program policies and procedures, and maintains a continuing review of such
policies and procedures to ensure their compatibility with the prime contract.
4.supervises expatriate cheap mbt shoes and local hire staff, establishes work schedules, ensures that all assigned personnel are properly
trained and evaluates employee job performance.
5.performs other related duties as assigned.
minimum education and experience
1.bachelor#s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited us, canadian or western european
university. masters degree desired.
2.minimum of five (5) years experience in government contract management and administration with two (2) years in a
managerial or supervisory capacity. must posses a thorough familiarity with far/dfar procedures and dcaa audit
requirements.
