How To Mend a PC?

My computer freaked me out last Saturday. As usual, I woke up early in the morning and after I was done with my routine, I switched the computer on. To my surprise, nothing happened. The computer didn't even boot itself on. It was quite strange because it was okay the night before. So, I took out a screwdriver and had the casing removed. Not knowing really what to do, I tried my luck poking here and there with the screwdriver. I even removed and replaced the hard disk. And some wires too. Still, that thing failed to turn on.

But all hopes were still not lost. I have faced situations like this before. There were times when the picture on the TV suddenly shrunk, or my guitar amplifier failed to produce a sound. So, I spanked the CPU casing real hard. Then, I tried to switch the PC on again. Voila! The spanking worked.

I guess we all could learn a little lesson here. If everything else fails to mend a bad situation, perhaps some spanking might do the trick. I mean, only when it comes to dealing with malfunctional electronic instruments. If you have a bad boss, don't ever spank him or her. That may cost you your job.
