It happens to everyone at some time or another.  Get bogged down with all the things to read and learn.

I have been on information overload lately.  I have bought my own domain now.  I have figured out what to do for a business using my writing.  Now I have been studying and studying information on how is the best way to go about starting the business and have success.

Consequently, I have read dozens of articles and web sites on how-to.  My brain is FRIED big time.

How does a person start something without suffering information overload?  It reminds me of how Bible prophesy talks how knowledge shall increase.  I was reading something the other day.  I was struck how much knowledge there is available in today's world.

Have you actually thought of all the inventions that have been created in the last 50 years?  My son and I watch this show on Discovery called "How It's Made".  Excellent show.  It comes on several times a day.  We watch it from 9-10am PT.  You learn how people make the simplest things - like buttons, snack cakes, or water ski jets.  It is amazing how creative people are to make machines to make other products.  Check out the show.  You can learn a lot - and to appreciate our modern world.  We do live in a great world, despite all the problems.

Back to information overload.  The internet is a fabulous place.  You can learn almost anything at the click of a mouse.  The internet is growing by leaps and bounds, faster than anyone can keep track of.  I love my computer and internet connection.

I figure I can do my writing anywhere in the world as long as I have internet connection.  I love email also.  Right now I live in a small town of less than 800.  I love this small town.  Not much of a social life available though.  So I turn to the internet.  Through yahoogroups.com, you can reach others all over the world with similiar interests to you.  The world is indeed shrinking.  I have made good friends whom I will probably never meet.  That is okay.  That is part of the beauty of the groups.  There is no one to judge you on looks or abilities.  They are there because you both like the same thing.  It is great.

I guess I best get back to my information that I am studying.  Just remember, when you are in the process of learning, take some breaks from the material, before your brain explodes. :-)
