The Ogre That Never Dies

Lit Body:

The following is a paraphrasing of an old tale written by an anonymous writer

THE TALE OF THE OGRE THAT NEVER DIES

Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a village that was tormented by a huge and ugly ogre. Everyday, the ugly ogre would go down to the village from his home in the mountain and take away the villagers' food and other belongings. Those who resist were either killed or swallowed alive.

3 P.M. With The Devil

Lit Body:

“I thought it would be hot in here,” I told his secretary, ahem, executive assistance. “That’s what everybody thought, but no,” she replied. She is one of the most attractive women I have ever seen (if she is a person). Her full, pink, pouty lips are like beckoning me to kiss them. I remained standing in front of her desk, admiring her beautiful cleavage. She looked up to me and smiled. I immediately got a hard on. Not wanting her to think I am a maniac, I turned around, took a seat, and patiently waited for my name to be called.

A Barroom Story II

Lit Body:

A Barroom Story II

“I left my guitar just for you. Keep it in good shape okay?” Clay said while fumbling for his car key. He would be driving away from Manila that night, away from the band to set things right with his life while Chris standing there with him at the bar’s parking lot was still feeling lost.

“I know you would look for it someday. Don’t worry, go now.” Cris answered coyly which was so like him to Clay. Then with a wave of his hand dismissing Clay, he turned around and walked back into the bar.

PIRATE SCHOOL

Lit Body:

PIRATE SCHOOL.
BY JOHN E.STERLING.
I'm all asleep in my bed,
Dragons flying through my head.
Then seven thirty, that dreaded call,
"Come on Johnny, it's time for school."
"I hate that place, it makes me sick."
"You have to go or you'll end up thick."
They're driving me there in their car,
front seat to back seat, it seems so far.
Stern faces and grey are waiting for me, ready to trample all of my glee.
But where is the School? it's not there! over night did it fade into air?
And there tall and proud, sails a'whip, in a glistening dock floats a grand pirate ship.

For All Drunken Sexcapades

Lit Body:

You sip on your beer and take a puff out of your poorly lit cigarette. You are sitting at a dimly lit bar with friends. Some of them are talking about some event or another. You, on the other hand, are lost in the eyes of the man sitting across you. The moment is pregnant with sexual tension.

Your mental union is broken by the person sitting beside him.

Ah, you almost forgot. He has a girlfriend.

Busted

Lit Body:

You are entranced by his lips. There's just something about the way it moves that you just can't take your eyes off. Full and lush, you can just imagine what they would feel like pressed against yours.

You pry your eyes off, trying to save yourself the embarrassment. You resort to chatting with your backmate. (You can't chat with your seatmate since she is PERFECT.) The urge is still there, of course. You glance for a moment, just to get another glimpse of his perfectly shaped mouth.

Kantutan sa Kagubatan

Lit Body:

crossroads [3]

Lit Body:

03 I had never asked Jonah how she knew me and I haven’t told her why I felt we knew each other the first time I met her… I was happy how we were and I knew she was happy with me too, and I felt contented with that. It just felt that we were two pieces of puzzle that had been waiting to fit into something for so long, until one came along.
