As she struggles through the flowing waters, she choked the wishes from her scattered wings. As her beauty mellowed in the musical notations, she grasped for something to make her whole. Her reflection continues to glow amidst the life that departed her.
“It was a wish,” she whispered, “a hope I can never let go of.”

There is an infinite number of species abroad, some far less advanced and many far more advanced with intentions ranging from the gracious to the terrifying. Only the interstellar sanctions and restrictions set by awe-inspiring beings just short of godhood has kept the Earth safe; branding it as no more than a primordial locality to be observed from afar and remaining untouched.

Pathways in Nature

Their scientists were priests and vice versa; they saw the whole world as interconnected and indivisible. The building designs of the ancient Chinese cultures were informed by geomantic principles which recognized that straight lines and shapes fostered disruptive behavior. Our geometry is Euclidean, using straight lines and shapes that nature abhors.
