I think I finally found a permanent solution to our recurring problem of unsent mail, particularly unreceived passwords after registration and after new password requests. If you still haven't gotten your password since you registered, just request for a new password at http://www.writelit.com/user/password. Make sure to check or disable your spam/bulk folders -- Hotmail and Yahoo Mail for example diverted our e-mail to their spam folders after I tested these services.
